Delivery Options


We aim to dispatch all orders the same day. During peak order periods (eg Christmas or other promotional activities) this time frame may be extended slightly to 24 hours, although every effort is made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping is charged 4.90 euros per order (France), and we only ship with Colissimo.
We also ship throughout Europe using a secure service (Colissimo, Fedex, DHL).

For all orders over 60 euros, delivery is FREE (France), and for those over 100 euros for the rest of Europe.


If you prefer that we send your goods with another carrier, please let us know in a note when placing your order.


We are happy to ship to international addresses. Orders must be placed with a valid postcode to allow us to locate and quote the correct shipping charges.

For customers registered on the site, new orders can be easily placed through the “my account” section.

Our online store does not have a minimum transaction amount.


If you are not satisfied with the contents of your order, please contact us, by telephone or e-mail, within 24 hours of receipt to inform us of your problem.

XO does not refund or exchange devices, flavors, etc. in the event of an incorrect order on our website.
